Egy fiatal férfi, aki elvesztette feleségét és a kislánya felügyeleti jogát is, sofőrként egy lánykereskedő hálózat ügyeibe botlik. Egy hirtelen érzés hatására fanatikusan igyekszik megmenteni a testvérpárt, akit le kellett szállítania a megrendelőnek… / Desperately in need of money and in hopes of regaining custody of his daughter, James (Joel Smallbone) embarks on a cross-country delivery for cash — no questions asked. When he discovers that he is delivering two young women, the questions in his mind begin haunting him mercilessly. When James finds himself falling for one of the women, he becomes an unlikely hero and must fight to save the innocence and lives of both of the ladies. The film was announced in 2015. It was inspired by director Ben Smallbone’s work on a documentary that followed a former pimp who rescued people from human trafficking, and by the band For King & Country’s emphasis on respecting women.
Joel Smallbone said, “Part of the DNA of For King & Country is this idea of respect and honor in relationships and women being priceless. What we’ve found in our beliefs as men is that people are made equal. The film continues the idea that no one is a commodity and everyone deserves to be loved and loved well.”
